Accessibility Statement

Rinaldi S.r.l. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its website, in compliance with European and national legislation on digital accessibility, in particular Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and Italian Legislative Decree no. 106 of 10 August 2018.

The objective is to offer all users, including people with disabilities, a clear and as inclusive as possible browsing experience, in line with the principles of Perceivability, Operability, Understandability, and Robustness (POUR) of digital content.

Compliance Status

This website is currently partially compliant with the accessibility requirements established by applicable regulations. Some non-conformities are difficult to resolve in the short term due to technical and financial constraints.

Improvements and Current Limitations

The website has undergone graphic and structural updates; however, full compliance with accessibility standards would entail costs that are currently unsustainable for the company. The current situation is detailed below:

Text/background contrast: improvement efforts are ongoing, but adjustments require changes to recently redesigned logos and graphics, which makes implementation more costly;

Keyboard navigation: the general structure allows navigation, but not all interactive elements are fully optimized;

Alternative text: we are working to add descriptive alt text to all meaningful images, but the CMS platform in use has limitations, making implementation time-consuming and expensive.

Content Not Yet Accessible

Some critical issues still remain, including:

PDF documents not yet optimized for use with assistive technologies;

Form labels not always correctly associated with input fields;

HTML structures not always semantically correct or validated.
